Photographs and videos of the guitar conditions before and after it is packed, will be taken and shared to
customer.
If you'd like us to focus on any certain points, we will take an extra photos or videos for you.
After we receive the confirmation from customer, we will send the package to the courier.

If you does not wish to purchase any extra insurance fee.

For National Shipping
You can purchase an insurance service from NIM Express at extra fee.

We do not have a return policy unless the products are shipped with the wrong items.
• In case of Damage-in transit, we will assist you through all the insurance claims process until you get the money back.
• Please kindly inspect your order upon reception immediately. Damaged goods must be notified to Peterson Sukhumvit #26 within 24 hours of receiving your order, photographs provided of outside packaging, inside packaging and the damaged item, and a video of unboxing the guitar package.
• As we have mentioned above, Our team personally inspect every guitar before it ships. Photographs and videos of the guitar will be taken before it is packed and shared to the customer.
After receiving the guitar, If you believe you've received a defective product, please contact us right away. We will always here to find the solution for you.
• Faults due to misuse or modification are not covered by any warranty.
• All the original packaging, with protective plastic films intact and accessories present
(instructions, guarantee and any extras that were included) in new condition.
• No signs of use such as fingerprints, smudges, scratches.
• The product contains no personal data and isn't registered to a user.
• Products without original packaging or labels
• Products or packaging returned to us in poor condition
