Custom-ordered model by ASTURIAS, a long-established workshop in Kurume, Fukuoka, Japan, which celebrates its 60th anniversary this year in 2022!A large body with rich volume, deep bass of Indian rosewood, sharp sound of sprue stop, and a series full of charm. The body is all veneer with rare German spruce for the top and Indian rosewood for the side backs. The bracing is non-scalloped and features an elegant, straight, and powerful sound. In addition, the mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard are reminiscent of the Martin D-28 and early 1970s D-45, and like those famous models, this model is expected to change its appearance as it is played over the years.The neck is a U-shaped neck that fits comfortably in the hand, and the back is satin-finished for excellent playability. The looks are simple, but the Hakaranda wood on the head is a nice accent. This is a gem, carefully assembled by skilled craftsmen who know the real sound.Please give it a try!
